She provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma. Aliyah creates a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward their personal goals. Aliyah is particularly passionate about helping individuals facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She understands that these experiences can affect every aspect of a person’s life, from relationships and school performance to work and overall well-being. Through a personalized approach, she helps patients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical strategies to improve emotional resilience, confidence, and daily functioning. Her experience includes working with children, adolescents, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds. She supports individuals and families navigating challenges related to Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disabilities, and LGBTQ+ experiences, while also providing care for military veterans and others facing complex life transitions. In addition to her primary areas of expertise, Aliyah offers support for concerns such as ADHD, substance use issues, relationship difficulties, and other mental health conditions. Aliyah utilizes therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. She also provides individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and intensive outpatient program (IOP) services. When appropriate, she incorporates family involvement and relationship-focused strategies to promote healing and lasting growth. Outside of her clinical work, Aliyah enjoys creative pursuits such as poetry, singing, music, painting, and writing. She also enjoys researching a variety of topics and traveling, experiences that continue to broaden her perspective and deepen her appreciation for different cultures and life stories.

Aliyah Robinson provides services with supervision.
