Ashley Cain, Clinician Intern

Ashley Cain

Ashley Cain is a graduate-level counseling intern currently pursuing a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep-rooted passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and supported. After spending several years gaining exposure to various facets of the mental health field, she felt called to move from behind-the-scenes work into direct client care—an intentional and meaningful shift aligned with her purpose.

As a biracial woman, Ashley brings a strong multicultural perspective to her counseling work and is deeply committed to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for clients of all backgrounds. She is especially passionate about identity development, intergenerational trauma, and the impact of systemic oppression on mental health. Her clinical approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a belief in the power of authentic connection.

Known for her warmth and thoughtfulness, Ashley meets clients where they are and walks alongside them as they explore their stories, uncover inner strengths, and work toward meaningful change. With a heart for healing and a vision for ripple-effect transformation, she is honored to be doing this work.

Ashley Cain provides services with supervision.
