To these challenges she brings a safe, trusting, and supportive therapeutic relationship where you can work through issues, find relief, and grow toward solutions and change.

Therese works with adolescents, adults and parents and is adept with anxiety, parenting challenges, and other emotional and behavioral issues. She has experience working in several independent and public schools as a school counselor, and understands the balance between honoring different values and cultures while helping clients to find their own path.

Therese offers an integrative approach to find the effective path for each individual. She has trained in mindfulness, including a week-long retreat with Jon Kabat-Zinn. She combines a psychodynamic approach with CBT.
