Yvonne Lee is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in New Jersey. She obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Regis University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her previous experience includes Jefferson Health’s Intensive Outpatient Program and Partial Hospitalization Program for children and adolescents, and outpatient medication management for adolescents and adults. Yvonne also has experience providing therapy for immigrant populations, as well as children who were grieving the loss of a parent, and adults who had lost a loved one to homicide. Yvonne sees children and adolescents individually, as well as adults and families. She is skilled in working with a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma resulting from racism, gender dysphoria, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, PTSD, and OCD. Yvonne uses a holistic approach that evaluates medical conditions, personal and family history of psychiatric conditions, and unresolved traumas as contributors to mental health. Yvonne has worked as a fiction editor for Philadelphia-area publications like “Toho Journal.” She has also published poetry and short stories in anthologies such as “Shout Out: Women of Color Respond to Violence.” Yvonne loves to sing, especially at karaoke venues with friends and family.
