Group Focus:

This group is for adults who have previously completed a mindfulness program (MBSR, MBCT, etc.) and would like to join this series of support meetings where we will practice mindful movement, stillness, and inquiry.

Participants: Ages 18-70 and all genders in California are welcome

Cost: Insurance based in California

Virtual Sessions: Tuesdays from 7 to 9 p.m.

Facilitator:

Ronald Pilato, PsyD

Dr. Ron Pilato is a Psychologist who has been practicing since 2003. Following his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and Master’s degree from the California Institute for Integral Studies, he graduated from the Wright Institute with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Ron believes in mindfulness-based, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic, and stress reduction approaches.

The Mindfulness Practice Alumni Support Group is being offered via Virtual Online Sessions, and is not meeting in-person at this time. An Internet connected device will be required. Specific directions on accessing the sessions will be provided after your registration is completed. Registration is available to adults between the ages of 18-70 in California.
