Do you ever have problems with….

  • Roller-Coaster emotions and mood swings
  • Having lots of crises in your life
  • Constant problems in relationships
  • Taking actions you later regret or
  • Difficulty thinking clearly when under stress

If so, The DBT might really help you!

DBT is Composed of three “modules” that run for 8 weeks each. Mindfulness module is two weeks repeated in between the other modules.

  • Mindfulness
  • Distress Tolerance
  • Emotion Regulation and
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness

Clients can start on Jan. 10th, March 6th, May 1st, June 26th, Aug 28th or Oct. 23rd only

Jane earned her B.A. in Psychology from Reed College in 1987, her MSW from Portland State University in 1992. She has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1997.
