Overview

This 6-week process group will be focused on using creative arts to express yourself non-verbally. We will use a combination of visual art, music, movement, and creative writing to explore your identity and self-concept. This group is for teenagers ages 13-17 who have an interest in art and working with similar-age peers in a group setting. All artistic abilities are welcome! Please bring your own coloring materials (markers, colored pencils, or paint) and blank paper or a sketch book.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive training in trauma-informed care models and have worked with a broad range of mental and emotional disorders. I graduated with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University. I have experience working with culturally diverse clients of various ages in school-based, day treatment, and outpatient settings.
