A Mindfulness Prescription For ADHD Virtual Group in Washington
Aids adults in practicing mindfulness specifically targeting their unique ADHD brains!
Overview
This group will aid adults in practicing mindfulness specifically targeting their unique ADHD brains! Mindfulness has been showing promising results in increasing focus and attention, working memory, self-acceptance and emotional regulation in adults. Mindfulness for ADHD focuses on strengthening the brain as a muscle and tool to improve these symptoms.
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase A Mindfulness Prescription for ADHD, by Lidia Zylowska and read through Step 1 prior to the first group session (you may skip the chapters leading up to Step 1, if you wish).
