If so, The DBT might really help you!
DBT is Composed of three “modules” that run for 8 weeks each. Participants must be willing and able to commit to completing AT LEAST three modules. NEW MODULES BEGIN EVERY TWO MONTHS. During these three modules you will learn skills of:
- Mindfulness
- Distress Tolerance
- Emotion Regulation and
- Interpersonal Effectiveness

Facilitator
Katy received her BA in Psychology from Washington State University Vancouver. She has an MA in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College. Katy has also previously worked in residential programs at Albertina Kerr Centers for 6.5 years and in Community Mental Health in Columbia County, Oregon for over 7 years. Katy works from several orientations that are primarily focused on skills and solutions including (but not limited to): CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Child-Centered expressive therapies. She prefers to work with what will work for the client. She works with clients individually and runs several DBT Groups.
