Portland and Vancouver Area Conexiones

LifeStance Conexiones is a team of bilingual (Spanish-English) mental health providers who offer multicultural counseling and trauma healing services.

We offer outpatient counseling services that address an array of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. We specialize in helping people overcome the impact of personal, collective, and inter-generational traumas and difficult life events. We work with you to help you feel better with yourself, your children, your partner, and your community.

At LifeStance Conexiones:

— We are committed to helping the under-served, fast-growing Latino population and other under-served communities.

— We consider cultural context, systemic influences, and dynamics of power in the understanding of current struggles and the process of healing.

— We constantly strive toward increasing safety, trust, self-value, choice, collaboration, and empowerment in every encounter and decisions we make.

— We understand the body carries our stories. We offer interventions that incorporate body-centered interventions in trauma healing.

Services at LifeStance Conexiones

Individual and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents.

Couples therapy

Group therapy

Psychiatric evaluations and medication management in both English and Spanish.

Clinical Support Services. Part of the process of healing is to find a sense of safety, empowerment, and predictability in life. When needed, we offer you referrals to community services to help you meet basic needs, help to learn skills that support your healing process, and/or help to navigate school, medical, mental health and/or addictions recovery systems.

In-Home Services. We understand that there could be many socio-cultural issues, and/or mental health related problems that may get in the way of attending therapy services in an office setting. If this is the case, we can help by offering therapy at your place of residence or your community. Call for more information.

How are services paid for?

We accept nearly all commercial health plans (e.g., Blue Cross, Providence, United Healthcare, Moda). Most health plans require a co-pay or co-insurance. This is an amount that you pay for each service. Many plans also have deductibles. This means you are required to pay all the costs of your care until you have reached the deductible amount.

We also serve people who are on the Oregon Health Plan. We are contracted with many Employee Assistance Programs, which provide a set amount of therapy sessions but require no co-pay. We are also a Crime Victims provider, who pays for any costs not covered by insurance.

LifeStance has a discounted fee schedule for cash pay and we have limited funds for people who do not have health insurance.

How do I set up an appointment?

Call our office at 503-327-8205. Our office staff team is bilingual and culturally responsive. Our staff are also available if you have any questions or concerns.

Most Western Conexiones providers are located at our Northeast Portland location. We do have bilingual and bi-cultural providers at other Western locations. They can assist you in locating the closest available provider who accepts your insurance or method of payment and has the expertise you need.

How do I make a referral?

If you are a Social Service Provider, you can send your referrals via fax at (971) 254-4882. Please include the following information: Basic contact information, type of service client needs, a statement about the presenting concern, if known, insurance or plan for payment.
