Finally, click “Join Telehealth Waiting Room” to begin connecting to your provider’s waiting room.

Telehealth appointments are easy and convenient, and only require a few steps to get started.
A private, safe space
Be ready at the time of your appointment in a secure, private environment of your choosing.
A webcam & internet connection
You can have your appointment via your home or work computer (via webcam), smart phone or tablet.
Your provider’s virtual waiting room
At the time of the appointment, select your provider from our list to be directed to their “Virtual Waiting Room.” Make note of their Room ID for Mobile Appointments!
**Note: Virtual waiting rooms are not intended for on-demand care. All Telehealth sessions are by appointment only and must be scheduled in advance.
Instructions Via Computer
Desktop or Laptop
Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
Click on the link in your appointment reminder, or visit: https://lifestance.com/telehealth/ and select your state, then search for your provider by their last name.
Once you see your provider on the list, select the “Join Waiting Room” button.
You may be prompted to download the appropriate software (VSee Clinic or Zoom) if necessary.
You will be taken to a new page. Fill in your name and current location and click “Enter.”
Wait for your provider to connect with you.

Tablet, iPhone, or Android
Go to a private, safe place of your choosing.
Click on the link in your appointment reminder, or https://lifestance.com/telehealth/ and select your state, then search for your provider by their last name.
Once you see your provider on the list, select the “Join Waiting Room” button.
You may be prompted to download the appropriate app (VSee Clinic or Zoom). Click the link to begin download or be directed to the app.
You will be taken to a new page. Fill in your name and current location and click “Enter.”
Wait for your provider to connect with you.
