About Tiffany McKnight (She/Her)
Tiffany McKnight, Ms.Ed, LPC, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate life challenges with compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she serves clients throughout Wisconsin who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Tiffany believes therapy should be a collaborative process where clients feel respected, empowered, and equipped with tools to create meaningful, lasting change. Tiffany has experience working with individuals and families facing a variety of emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns. She is especially skilled in helping school-age children, adolescents, and teens manage childhood behavior challenges, school avoidance, and emotional stressors that can impact daily functioning. She also works with adults navigating life transitions, relationship concerns, and other mental health challenges. In addition to her primary areas of focus, Tiffany provides support for a range of additional mental health and wellness concerns. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and family therapy techniques, Tiffany tailors treatment to the unique needs of each client. Her therapeutic style combines warmth with clinical expertise, helping clients identify patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and strengthen relationships. She provides individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy, creating a supportive environment where growth and healing can occur. Tiffany is passionate about helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. She understands how these concerns can affect every aspect of a person’s life, from relationships and work performance to self-esteem and overall well-being. Through a thoughtful and personalized approach, she helps clients build resilience, process difficult experiences, and move toward greater emotional health and stability. She earned her education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, where she developed a strong foundation in counseling and human development. Her commitment to ongoing learning allows her to provide compassionate, client-centered care that reflects current therapeutic best practices. Outside of her clinical work, Tiffany enjoys cooking, baking, and volunteering in her community.
