Lifestance was an answer to my prayers. I had been to so many practices over several years, with no relief and without having any improvement. Not to mention, the last practice I went to for 3 years (Emerald) was so horrible and a waste of my time that it traumatized me, in part because I was abandoned by 2 different providers with no notice. Lifestance deserves 5 stars because their scheduling staff is helpful and kind, there are several offices to choose from and they also offer telehealth appointments, which is so convenient, especially with the cost of gas these days! They also have a patient portal where you can send messages and ask for refills. From the very first visit, Gina was patient, non-judgemental, basically kept me on track, put me at ease and most importantly she listened to me about my past history of treatment and symptoms and BELIEVED ME. I have been with her for a few years now, and hopefully forever! I'm so relieved that I can always count on her to listen, give me great advice and treatment. I always recommend Lifestance to people that are looking for a therapist or medication management. I have recommended them to my own family and I continue to have positive experiences.

I usually do no take the time to write reviews but when it is deserves I sure do. It is hard to put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Shetty. From the very first appointment, he made us my feel heard, respected, and cared for. He takes the time to truly get to know his patients and never makes you feel rushed. Every visit feels like a conversation with someone who genuinely wants to help and understand. What stands out most about Dr. Shetty is how much he truly cares. He asks thoughtful questions, listens carefully, and treated us with patience and respect. In a world where so many people feel like just another number, Dr. Shetty makes you feel valued and important. I feel very lucky and blessed to have found him for our son. It is obvious that he chose this profession because he genuinely wants to help people, not because it is a job. His dedication, compassion, and sincerity shine through in every interaction. The world needs more psychiatrists like Dr. Shetty. He has made a meaningful difference in our lives, and I will always be grateful for the care, support, and kindness he has shown our family.

I have only recently begun working with Diann Klug, but I felt compelled to share my experience so far. After the unexpected loss of my husband and while navigating several difficult personal challenges, I knew I needed help sorting through emotions that felt overwhelming. From our first sessions, Diann created a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where I felt comfortable sharing my story. One of the things I appreciate most is her ability to listen carefully while also helping me see connections I had not previously recognized. She has already provided valuable insight into how past experiences and trauma can continue to affect us throughout our lives. Her compassionate approach has helped me begin to better understand myself and the emotions I have been carrying. While I know healing is a journey and I am still in the early stages, I am grateful to have found a therapist who is thoughtful, professional, and genuinely invested in helping her clients. I look forward to continuing this work and would recommend Diann to anyone seeking a caring and insightful therapist.

I cannot recommend Brandy Gomez highly enough. From my very first appointment, she created a welcoming, comfortable, and judgment-free environment where I felt truly heard and understood. Both my psychiatrist (med provider) and psychologist (therapist) are through LifeStance. Have been using LifeStance for 11 months and can only speak well about them. Providers truly hear me and work with me to find solutions for the issues im experiencing. I've recommended LifeStance to several friends and family members since I've discovered them, one of whom also uses them now. If you don't 'vibe' with your provider, find one who IS a good fit. At LifeStance, I happened to have the good fortune to find two providers whom I felt were excellent right off the bat, but if this isn't your experience (at ANY medical provider's office), just try another provider. My attitude and my ability to take action rather than only think about what i want to do have significantly improved in the 11 months I've used LifeStance. Give them a shot…what do you have to lose?

I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Richard Herberger. I’ve been in and out of therapy since adolescence and have been greatly relieved and assisted by Rich’s personal attention and understanding of my known issues. Rich was able to put together a plan of care our first meeting that helped me become more organized, focused, and even patient with the many difficult tasks before me. I have been able to get out of my head and out of the bed to meet the day.. For the first time I feel completely heard when talking to Rich and that he is 100% engaged in solutions to help me have a more positive life experience.. So grateful I came across the Lifestance website and randomly selected Richard at a time I felt very desperate for help. It is not an overstatement to say he has significantly changed my life in a meaningful and positive way.

I have seen Amy twice and it’s been a great experience for me. She listens to my concerns and comes up with different recommendations that I may or may not like. Not pushy and accepting to my situation and needs. Visits are very helpful using Telehealth since I can talk with her from my home. I hope to continue with Amy as she shows great empathy and cares about everything I’m dealing with. Would recommend to any of my friends or relatives needing mental health care. So glad I found her!! Had another visit with Amy today and I feel so fortunate I found her. She cares and is very patient and a good listener. I’ve been through a lot and she has been a great listener!! I have recommended her to a friend and would do it again if anyone asked me did I know a good therapist!!

My provider Ms. N. Osborne has been a Godsend. She listens, asks deep questions, wants to know about your life, family history. Best in depth appointment that I’ve had in comparison to other providers who asks these questions on paper but don’t follow up personally. I gave a rundown on what I’ve tried in the past and how important it is for me to not experience daytime tiredness because I have Fibromyalgia and already struggle. She listened, warned me of what my first 2 weeks would feel like and when I experienced an issue. Her response time was fast on their portal. Most new providers don’t listen but I found her to have an old school soul in a younger woman’s body. She listens, and may even follow your suggestions. How often do you find that?

Toby, Lucas is the best therapist/counselor that I have ever had. I’ve been in therapy for 20 years now and switched many times between mental health professionals. I feel I’ve done the most impactful work with Toby since starting with her about about two or three years ago. I’m so grateful for everything that she has done for me. She Speaks to me in a way that I can receive, is gentle but direct when needed, actually listens to your concerns and priorities, gives you options and points out life-changing observations It was because of her that I was able to diagnose out of borderline personality disorder. I unfortunately still have a long way to go, but I’m glad that it’s with her

The doctor we see deserves more than 5 stars. I don’t think his equal exists in the whole of the industry. The platform they make you use as a patient SUCKS so bad… there should be another word in the English language to describe its level of suck… but we would endure any sort of misery to be able to keep working with my son’s prescribing doctor there, Dr. Guidry. I never stop thinking about how different my son’s life might have been if we found this doctor 10 years ago… when all this medicating stuff started for him. He is the standard to which all doctors in the field should measure themselves. I say this all with my whole Mama chest.

She is by far my favorite doctor. And I’ve had a few of them. I’m active duty and I think if you’re looking for someone to relate to that military humor, she’s the one! She also prioritized me at one of my lowest points. I am so thankful for her. Right away you can tell she’s going to give HONEST feedback. And also, be on your side when you need that. lol but she’ll let you know you’re wrong later and it is in such an empathetic way. She gives you homework, or things to look over and I do appreciate that. Or if you just need a good cry… she’s there for you. Words cannot explain how wonderful she’s been. Thank you so much!
