I've been a patient of both Pamela Sanders and Toby Lucas and I've had phenomenal care from the beginning. I was nervous about coming initially into a new psychiatrist and therapist, which I'm sure I'm not the first patient to experience that. With their supportive tactics I kept showing up and had listened to them and participated in the therapy process for the first time ever honestly consist and with my heart because wanted to stop putting my PTSD above my entire being. I decided not to give up on who I was becoming. I'm sure I've work those physicians down with my trauma and current problem lost but if anything matters on a survey it's this the dark road of depression was battles with their help and push m exactly how I needed to be. I've not seen the full darkness in a long time every so often it attempts but I am transparent with them and immediately open up and we begin intensive treating/healing. Now let's please talk about the staffing, the operations and the front desk clerks. Side from the long hold times once they get in the line initially they are highly joyful and kind I can't put into words the help they've given me over a missed appointments or BS I need to be addressed last minute they are wonderful people and I'm blessed to be a patient in their practice

I've been seeing Dr. Le for about a year now (I think? it may be more). She is hands down the best therapist I have ever had. I have some hard issues we are working on, but she has never made me feel anything but comfortable discussing them. But it's not just that she's warm and comforting. She hears me; she listens. But she doesn't coddle me, because that's not what I need. I don't need a therapist saying, "Oh, that must be so hard. I can't imagine." Like… girl, I know it's hard. What I need is a safe space to talk about it and also learn some tools to deal with it and move forward. Dr. Le gives me all of that. I feel safe, and I feel better equipped to handle life when it's hard, which it often is. But I also feel seen and heard when I tell her that good things are happening in my life, because I can tell she is genuinely happy for me.

My therapist, Leah Stallworth, made me feel very welcoming and comfortable from the moment she received me from the waiting area until she walked out to the waiting room leaving the office! She asked questions to make sure I am safe: any side effects to my drug, how is it helping me, any questions for her, describe how my medicineis improving my life, and others. Leah took her time with me and she didn't rush me and I did not feel rushed. I gave her different scenarios of how I was prior to medication and scenarios post medication. She listened to me alhamdulilah! Leah is highly skilled, practices outstanding therapeutic engagement, and she provided me with compassionate evidence based care alhamdulilah! Thank you Leah Stallworth!

Lifestance did a fantastic job of placing me with Karen Contreras as I am a somewhat elderly patient and she made me feel right at home. She was very professional yet very personable as well. I recently suffered a seizure and since it was my first visit she kept my meds simple until I finish with my neurologist and said we will go from there. I was very displeased with my previous psychiatrist so I really think I found a winner. Also the Telehealth visits will save me a lot of money on gas as I was driving 30 miles sometimes twice a month to see my psychiatrist and "case manager" which was doing me no good at all.

Dr. Lang is an exceptional counselor who creates a welcoming and comfortable environment from the very first session. She is incredibly intelligent and generously shares her wealth of knowledge in ways that are easy to understand and apply. Tera is a great listener and was able to dial down the best course of treatment for me. I have felt part of the process and appreciate how she listens to my concerns. Above all she has made me feel seen and understood. I can't stress the magnitude of how that lands in a big way when you are operating from a deficit. Thank you Tera, you are definitely operating in your areas of strengths in a field where care and compassion aren't always a given. I appreciate you.

I really enjoyed talking to the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Eric Adams. He was very professional and straight forward. He listened to what I had to say and seemed to understand my needs and urgency of help. I am so grateful for the outcome of our visit. I am just trying to make it through my life and some doctors don't care, don't listen and turn you away with no help. That was not the case today. Thank you so much for caring and hearing me and helping me.

Very caring other mental health people put me on stuff for longer then they should then when insurance changed they abandoned me i called all around colo Noone would take me because the others kept me on to long she was very nice I have agoraphobia, so hard to talk to people, but she was who I should have been seeing all along. I definatly would recommend her to family and friends very polite. She was calm and actually cares. which made it much easier fo me

I’m new to LifeStance Health. I’ve utilized counseling at different times through out my life. Now as an older woman I’ve learned how to ensure I find a good fit. Veronica Kerns is actually a perfect fit. We have had several sessions. She definitely keeps me moving forward with different guided activities. This is a 5+++ review. My psychiatrist, Dr J. Mitchell, is well-educated, personable, attentive, and genuinely listens during every session. He takes the time to understand my concerns and thoughtfully makes adjustments to my treatment plan when needed. He is consistently punctual for appointments and reliably available if I need support between sessions. I feel heard, respected, and well supported under his care.

Pamela is awesome and helped me a lot. The only bad review she has is from “Stephanie” who ironically gave another awful review to another counselor. The only two reviews Stephanie made essentially the same. It is upsetting some people do this for attention or to scam companies for refunds… Be wary of fake reviews like Stephanie’s
