This was my second visit with my psychiatrist. We meet on Zoom. Today I had forgotten about paying my co-pay. When I received the email and started checking in. I was asked for payment of 30 dollars. Well I didn’t have it. Friday is payday and this is Tuesday. So, I thought ‘No way I’m going to get the payment scheduled for Friday in 15 minutes. I called the office while looking hatat the payment page and downloading Zoom at the same time. 5 minutes go by. Then a young lady answers asked in nice, polite, and friendly way. What I needed. Asked if I could pay Friday but still make my 3pm in 10 minutes. I’m put on hold. I thought I knew it was over. She had to inform her boss and policy would be, sorry against the rules.But couple of minutes the same polite, understanding young lady said ‘I am going to give you a code to log inI for your appointment and you can pay Friday when you get paid’ I was speechless for a sec then said wow, thank you so much. She wasted no time told me the code and what to do and at 3:00 pm I was log in and waiting on doctor. The professionals at Lifestance are the most caring, understanding, and helpful medical team I have ever meet. And I am 52 years old. I have meet a few. So easy to talk with, I have nothing but love for them in my heart. Thank you, for all you do. Your the best.

Emily Hoegberg has been such a wonderful counselor to work with. She is incredibly easy to talk to, compassionate, and makes you feel comfortable without ever feeling judged. She has helped me work through anxiety, the stress that can come with homeschooling and raising children with additional needs, as well as past experiences that have affected me into adulthood. What I appreciate most is that the coping strategies she gives are realistic and actually doable in the moment—not just things that sound good in theory. I’ve been able to use what she’s taught me in everyday situations and feel much more equipped to manage stress and overwhelming moments. I’m very grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, understanding, and practical counselor.

Danielle Sandbothe has been an excellent psychiatrist and has made a real difference in my experience with mental health care. She genuinely listens to my concerns and takes the time to understand what I’m thinking and feeling. I especially appreciate how open and interested she is in my thoughts, questions, and perspective rather than making me feel like I’m just another appointment. I feel heard, respected, and comfortable being honest with her, which I believe is incredibly important when working with a psychiatrist. I’m very thankful for the care, understanding, and professionalism Danielle has shown me, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a provider who truly listens and cares about their patients

Honestly, I can not explain how much smoother my life has been since having Mr. Kesselring. He is a very understanding psychiatrist and he TRULY listens when you have your appointment. I had a different experience before him where I was not feeling heard but wow does he make you feel heard, seen and valued. He does not judge no matter what your past may look like and that is SO HARD to find these days in psychiatrists I swear. I genuinely am grateful that he is my psychiatrist and I do not plan on ever changing mine. I am grateful that lifestance brought me to him because he truly is phenomenal.

Ohtae Kwon is extremely detail-oriented and an exceptional listener. He provided thorough answers to everything I needed, and my entire time receiving care here was a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Ohtae Kwon and LifeStance. Dr. Cruz Araujo is amazing, she knows here stuff and has the credentials to show for it. She takes her time to listen and is very patient with me, and also offers the correct suggestions and treatment. She obviously loves her work and that translates to her treatment of patients. I wish I would have found her long ago, but at least she is helping me with my current life now. Love her and staff much and hope to have a long working Dr. and patient relationship in the future. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely love my therapist and physc doctor they’re amazing!! But the real reason I want to give 5 stars is for the best receptionist ever!! She’s absolutely the best! She has helped me find my right doctors, fix my portal login, helped me find good doctors for my daughters care as well! She always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcomed, even on the phone when I need to change appointments! She is AMAZING!!

I’ve been with this office for about a year now. Dr. Chadha has been so kind, compassionate, and genuine since I first walked into her office. Seeing a doctor can be nerve-wracking, but she is never judgmental, makes you feel comfortable, is always encouraging, and most importantly, she really listens. Additionally, the amazing staff at the front desk are always kind and so so helpful. Grateful for all at this office!!

My meeting with Dr Alicia Munoz was easy, informative and very helpful and I feel like we have been working together for years not months.
