The Patient Portal is your connection to the LifeStance Health team, as well as a number of valuable patient resources. Accessing your specific patient portal is easy, just follow these steps!
If you are already a patient of LifeStance Health, simply click the button below, and search for your provider.
Once you see your providers name, click to open their page and select the “Patient Portal” button on the left-hand side of the page.
Login to your Patient Portal! If you can’t remember your login, simply click “Forgot Password”. If you aren’t sure whether you ever received a login, click “Register” then enter your information using the email you provided us prior to your first visit.
*Helpful tip- it is a great idea to save the link to your Patient Portal to your browser favorites, or bookmark the page for quick access in the future.
Your experience with the portal begins with an email invitation from your provider’s office. You will receive a Patient Portal Account Notification email after your LifeStance Health office has added your account to the patient portal. Simply click the link in that email to gain access and begin navigating the portal.
