So far so good. Family member has been attending for about 2 months now. Facility is easy to locate. Located beside Pineville hospital and other numerous Dr.'s offices so parking can be hectic and jammed pack. Once you go inside through super easy to navigate and locate office. Dr. Patrice has been amazing. Very calm relaxing and easy to speak with. Family member going through a real rough time and this seems to be helping. Environment is super clean and calm. The process to check in is simple and efficient. It is has been difficult to get a hold of her though when it comes to asking questions and getting them answered in a timely manner. You have to ask all your questions through a portal now and wait till they see them and respond. None the less, so far so good.

I have been seeing Ms. Claris Livingstone for several years, and she has consistently been professional, compassionate, and attentive. She played a significant role in helping me get my mental health back on track. There is never any judgment—she truly listens, tailors care to individual needs, and treats you like a valued person rather than just another appointment. Because of the exceptional care I’ve received, I have referred several people to LifeStance. The overall experience has been truly outstanding and unlike any I’ve had with other providers. I would highly recommend her services—10 out of 10.

Jared Brown is my therapist, and he is amazing! I have been to psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatrically wards, and various therapists since I was ten years old. Some were guessing, some were asking me, some had no clue, and a very few knew what they were doing. Jared is one of these few. I am incredibly selective about who treats me, and I love my meeting with Jared! Caution: I was told Jared had left LifeStance when I first tried to make an appointment. I had to be persistent and keep calling other offices until I found him. He is well worth the search!!!

Been a patient with Lifestance for a few years & my experience has been mostly positive. I’ve had many great therapist & provider’s, etc, But… have to shoutout Nurse Livingstone, who in a way helped to save my life, by listening to me when I said that the diagnosis were one thing but my main problem was my focus & energy & without addressing those i can’t work on the other stuff they diagnosed me with. She listened to me. she’s knowledgeable! shes also from the islands so she’s to the point & honest. Lifestance has a great team of people!

Always a great experience. I couldn't recommend Lifestance enough for their setting up for your first appointment, ease of booking,/ rescheduling and getting medical records. I couldn't recommend my therapist enough for the work she has done with me. I have definitely had one therapist like her before and she relocated but I'm so glad the VA got me set up for Community Outreach Healthcare. When the VA can't handle the amount of veterans, this is the way to provide essential mental health before we get forgotten about.

Winter is the reason I come to LifeStance. She is more than a therapist, she is a lifesaver! I think she can read minds too because she knows everything I'm thinking and has so much empathy while also pushing me to better self care and a bigger, brighter future! If you want someone that's super chill and will actually listen and tailor the sessions to your life immediately ask for Winter, that's if she's available. 😉
