I’ve been a telehealth patient with Lifestance for around 5 years now & I couldn’t be happier with the level of care I’ve received with Dr. John McGraw! I’m dx’d with a plethora of comorbidity issues including AuDHD/BP1/BPD/OCD/3 Anxiety disorders & sleep disturbances/night terrors. Dr. McGraw understands & is empathetic to my needs & values my input & life experience in dealing with my many diagnoses for over 2.5 decades. The MA’s leave something to be desired, one in particular literally argued with me about when my ADHD rx was last filled then hung up on me, and to add insult to injury, reported to Dr. McGraw that I “was ‘salty’ with her”, aka rude!! No, I was simply frustrated bc my quality of life depends on my daily medications. I was anxious & already suffer from a Traumatic Brain Injurythat results in severe memory loss, on top of that I was being given the 3rd degree by a brand new Med Asst whom was salty & downright gaslighting me to begin with! Her name was Savannah, never will forget that run in with her! But as far as the other staff, they’ve all been great! Ive never had a problem getting an appointment on short notice due to a crisis type of situation & Dr. McGraw never rushes me or makes me feel like a number.

My experience with LifeStance Health has been very positive. From the start, the scheduling process was easy, and I appreciated the option for virtual appointments. It made accessing care much more convenient for my busy schedule. Both my therapist and the provider who manages my medication have been excellent. My therapist is compassionate, listens without judgment, and really helps me work through personal challenges at a pace that feels comfortable. The psychiatric provider who handles my medication is thorough, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I feel truly heard and supported by both professionals. The LifeStance online portal is also user-friendly—it makes managing appointments, communication, and billing stress-free. Overall, LifeStance has been a reliable and supportive part of my mental health journey. I would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking quality mental health care and medication management.

It was great working with Dr Tuso and her team to evaluate and complete a psychological evaluation for my daughter. Scheduling was easy and efficient. Dr Tuso is knowledgeable and efficient. I liked how responsive she was. She is personable and I was comfortable talking with her.

I love this place ❤️. I go to therapy and see a psychiatrist. They make it so easy and such a pleasant experience. I've been to other places and I'm treated like a number instead of a person. At lifestance I'm treated like a individual and supported.

Dr. McGraw is so calm and ensures he makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cares about getting you the right help. Only first time with him and still would recommend. As a nurse, I recommend Lifestance to all of my patients that are struggling.
