Ammereta Gaskin is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2013. She is a proud alumna of Savannah State University and Mercer University with a Master’s in Family Therapy. She has been practicing since 2013 working with individuals, couples and addressing family specific concerns.

Ammereta believes in empowering clients through self-accountability and compassion in order to discover their own methods of coping, and helping them develop strategies to deal with their everyday challenges and trauma. She also believes in the importance of finding resources to help support client progress beyond the session. Her main areas of focus include anxiety-based concerns, couple communication & conflict and the redevelopment of identity through deep exploration.

In her spare time, Ammereta enjoys quad skating, time spent with close friends/family and having healthy dialogue around the growing impact of mental health within the Black community and culture.
