About Ashlyn Cunningham (She/Her)
Ashlyn Cunningham is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. She takes a humanistic and relational approach to therapy, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
Ashlyn integrates evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside relational interventions, to tailor care to each client’s unique needs. She specializes in supporting individuals facing attachment issues, life transitions, grief, and challenges in interpersonal relationships.
Ashlyn earned her master’s degree from Salisbury University through the advanced standing program. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys practicing yoga, walking outdoors, and spending time with her beloved dog. Ashlyn is committed to fostering a safe and collaborative space where clients can grow, heal, and connect with their strengths.
