The crux of experiencing a fulfilled life is determining one s value system and living congruent within those values. Living outside of those parameters often results in problems such as depression, anger, and low self-esteem. My goal in counseling is to help individuals tap into their own strengths in re-directing their energy into a more productive and higher quality of life.
