Cynthia Lezama-Bernal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Associate (LCSWA) with more than four years of experience working directly with Autism, behavioral disorders, and mood disorders. Cynthia has treated individuals ages 5-70, along with families, while utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy. Cynthia is diverse in her modalities to ensure the proper approach is applied according to the client’s needs. Cynthia attended East Carolina University where she graduated with a Bachelor and Master of Social Work degree. During her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and watching her son grow, while engaging in yoga, hikes, and reading.
