Essentially, I help my clients answer the question “what makes life worth living?” and then provide the guidance needed for them to make the changes that are necessary to get there.
Being in nature always helps Denise to clear her head and adjust her perspective. Time outdoors allows her to slow down, be in the present moment and let go of the worries that are often not related to the priorities in my life. I also appreciate the reminder of the deep interconnectivity of life.
