George White provides evidence-based treatments that work while meeting every client’s individual needs with a validating and empathic attitude. He has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings, and he specializes in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, personality/mood disorders, and eating disorders. George has training and experience using DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), FBT (Family Based Treatment), and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention).
