Jami is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for adults experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, PTSD and trauma, substance use disorders, ADHD, women’s issues, life transitions, sleep disturbances, grief, and personality disorders. She tailors treatment to each individual’s unique needs, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, psychoeducation, solution-focused therapy, anger management, parenting skills training, and other strengths-based interventions. Jami is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that can help individuals process traumatic experiences and reduce distressing symptoms.

Outside of her clinical work, Jami enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with her dogs, and making memories with her family at Disney World.
