Marci Langevin is an Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Provider who has a top notch ability to hear the voice of her clients’ and truly understand their experience. Marci specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational counseling that helps propel clients to reach therapeutic goal achievement. Marci’s compassion and skill in helping individuals and families is of such value in a time when so many desire a safe therapeutic environment where they can receive caring help that really makes a difference in their life. From the moment you meet Marci it is clear that her style is to identify the mental health and wellness needs of her clients with care. She is genuinely interested in her clients’ thoughts and feelings. Her therapeutic methodology is to help her clients to identify their presenting problem, understand their thoughts and behaviors, and guide them towards awareness and resolution. She holds a master’s degree in Social Work. Prior to joining our team, Marci provided individual, couple, and family counseling in an outpatient mental health facility in MA. In addition, she holds a research based background in issues of discrimination and oppression, has created and facilitated several therapeutic treatment groups including; drug and alcohol recovery, and the use of artistic and creative expression for those experiencing depression, anxiety and/or trauma.
