About Wendy Huayhua (She/Her)

Wendy Huayhua, PMHNP, helps teens and adults across California find relief from challenging mental health symptoms while building a path toward greater stability, wellness, and fulfillment. At LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based care that recognizes the connection between emotional, psychological, and physical health. Wendy works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting patients with a variety of additional mental health concerns. Her treatment philosophy centers on meeting patients where they are and developing personalized care plans that align with their goals. Wendy incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques into treatment and offers Spravato® (esketamine) therapy when clinically appropriate. In addition to her primary focus areas, she treats a broad range of concerns, including PTSD and trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, sleep disorders and insomnia, and gender identity-related challenges. As a bilingual provider, Wendy offers care in both English and Spanish, helping Spanish-speaking patients access quality mental health services in a comfortable and supportive environment. She strives to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and open communication, empowering patients to take an active role in their mental health journey. Outside of her clinical practice, Wendy is passionate about caring for rescue animals.
