About Katherine Boesdorfer (She/Her)

Katherine Kelto is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from Colorado State University. She has experience treating clients with medication management in all age groups with mental health disorders. She has extended training focused on applied genetics as a treatment tool. By utilizing the most recent research and most importantly listening, she persistently seeks to help clients realize their fullest potential. She believes that psychological wellness is a goal best achieved through a collaborative relationship with each client built on shared decision making and honest communication. She works with ages 6 – 65 focusing on depression, anxiety, insomnia, panic, ADHD and bipolar disorders.

This place is straight forward with their scheduling, video chats are the best. I am able to give input about my feelings and what i need as far as getting myself feeling like im on the right track. Communication with the PN is great, they listen to my concerns and are able to come up with a plan as far as medication, visits, etc. I appreciate that it is an easy process instead of back and forth with no progress.
