See what our patients are saying about Jill Webb

I have been meeting with Jill for about 4,5 maybe even 6 months. I just want to say, meeting and working with Jill has saved me so much. My mental health was being impacted my life stress, womanly woes (haha) and basic work stress. I will see each and every time i speak with Jill, she listens to understand, she is very kind, displays empathy and great care for her patients. She is down to earth and has wisdom and knowledge out of this world. I am literally on a payment plan with sucky insurance because I can not stop being treated by Jill. She has saved me from the darkness that mental health can bring. I recommend her for my black girlies too, we think we need someone who may look just like us because we feel we may be more understood but i have received the best care from Jill. she gets it. she works with care, grace and patience. Thank you so much for your care !!! 10/10.

Very attentive and really listened to my issues. I felt heard and safe. From what I gleaned in our session, she has substantial experience with treating PTS and related anxiety and depression, and with 15 years of military and public safety service, that's my main reason I sought therapy. I really like her approach to treatment and medication management for PTS: less is better and we can always go up if necessary, and medication should be used in conjunction with more frequent sessions with a specialized trauma therapist. She also explained that as an advanced practice provider, her role was more pharmacological management and progress checks, and the actual psychoanalytical therapy would be done with the specialized trauma therapist. I would recommend Jill without hesitation.

I began seeking support from LifeStance earlier this year, and after my original psychiatrist left the practice, I transitioned to working with Jill Webb a few months ago. Today was my second appointment with her, and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found her. If you’re looking for an exceptional provider, Jill Webb is truly the best. She is warm, compassionate, and genuinely takes the time to listen and understand. Her thoughtful questions and patient approach make it clear that she truly cares. What I especially appreciate is that she never pushes medication—she respects your comfort level and works collaboratively to find the right path forward. Highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for empathetic and attentive mental health support.

I have been seeing Jill for many years, and she has always been very easy to communicate with. She really listens to what is going on and takes the time to understand my concerns. I appreciate how comfortable she makes the conversations, which makes it much easier to talk openly. While I may not be the most complicated case compared to some, I have always felt that my concerns are taken seriously and that I am heard. Jill has been consistently supportive and professional, and I truly value the care and attention she provides. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who listens and communicates well.

Starting seeing Jill in 2018 during a tumultuous divorce. Wasn’t aware at the time, but behind the scenes she made sure I was scheduled for the longer sessions for all of my appts. She knew I needed it. Now she does her job and fortunately don’t need the long sessions bc just med mgmt, but always cares 100%. Low key wanna ask for our kids to have a play date or go out for girls date but I imagine that’s against some sort of patient code. Simply put - she’s awesome.

I have Jill Webb and she is the best. Very smart, very caring. I never leave a meeting feeling that she’s not there for me. Today she told me I looked like I lost weight, so I adjusted my diet. Jill Webb has my trust and she should have yours too.
