People, they listen, and genuinely care when they call they know your name, and my experience has been phenomenal, if you really want to change the story then you also have to be willing to listen not only here them but actually adhere, you are here for a reason, you want something about that reason to be a different experience, so deal with it, take the advice and stay disciplined, is it easy no, can it be simple yes but you have to choose discipline over comfort, from there you can move forward. Challenges are coming ready or not, how you respond is more important than what occurred. So what, something happened and.... seriously so what, you have a direction, why let anything that happens derail you into a negative response. Stay focused control your calm and move on. Accountability isn't easy, but it can be proactive encouragement to getting where you want to be.

Alivia was great. She really took time to listen and figure out the best approach for me going forward. I never expect psych appointments to be super thorough but this appointment definitely was. She was also very kind and understanding and took time to explain and answer any questions I had. If you’re looking for someone, I highly recommend her.
