About Catalina Felix-Angeles (She/Her)
Helping adults throughout Massachusetts find relief from mental health challenges and regain a sense of balance in their daily lives, Ms. Catalina Angeles provides compassionate, evidence-based care at LifeStance Health through both medication management and individual therapy. She works with young adults, adults, and older adults, partnering with each patient to understand their unique experiences and create personalized treatment plans that support emotional wellness, improved functioning, and a better quality of life. Her approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and a genuine commitment to helping patients feel heard and understood.
Catalina is particularly passionate about working with adults who have ADHD. She recognizes that ADHD can affect every aspect of life, from work performance and organization to relationships and self-confidence. She enjoys helping patients better understand how ADHD presents across adulthood and collaborates with them to develop practical, individualized strategies that promote focus, productivity, and overall well-being. Her goal is to empower patients with tools and treatments that help them thrive both personally and professionally.
In addition to her focus on ADHD, Catalina treats anxiety, depression, and a variety of other mental health conditions, including bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep disorders, grief-related concerns, and psychotic disorders. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) into treatment when appropriate and has experience supporting veterans, individuals with developmental disabilities, and women facing unique mental health challenges. She also offers care for additional psychiatric and emotional concerns.
A Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience, Catalina began practicing in 2013. Her diverse healthcare background includes service in multiple nursing specialties, giving her a broad perspective on the connection between physical and mental health. As a proud United States Air Force veteran who served for more than 20 years and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, she brings discipline, dedication, and a deep appreciation for resilience to her clinical work.
Outside of her practice, Catalina treasures spending time with her husband, five children, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. She especially enjoys cooking for family gatherings and holiday celebrations. She is also passionate about lifelong learning and regularly attends continuing education conferences to stay current with the latest evidence-based psychiatric treatments and best practices.
Catalina is proud to serve patients across Massachusetts, providing individualized treatment for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. She is committed to helping patients strengthen their mental well-being and achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in their quality of life.
