Traci Rizzo, PMHNP, helps children, teens, and adults across Michigan stabilize symptoms, regain balance, and move forward with confidence through thoughtful, evidence-based psychiatric care. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management tailored to each individual’s needs, supporting patients in managing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD while improving overall functioning and quality of life. Traci has a strong clinical focus on working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also supporting those navigating complex life transitions and behavioral challenges. She partners closely with patients and families to create personalized treatment plans, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques alongside medication management when appropriate. Her approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in helping patients feel heard and understood. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. Traci understands the vulnerability and uncertainty that can follow higher levels of care and is committed to providing continuity, stability, and compassionate follow-up treatment. She works to reduce the risk of relapse, reinforce coping strategies, and help patients successfully transition back into their daily lives with confidence and support. Traci has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors, and has supported diverse populations including individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, military members and veterans, and those with autism spectrum disorders. She also treats a wide range of additional mental health concerns and offers comprehensive psychiatric care. Outside of her clinical work, Traci enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and visiting northern Michigan, where she finds relaxation and connection in nature.
