About Elizabeth Berry (She/Her)
Elizabeth Berry helps teens, adults, and older adults navigate mental health challenges with a compassionate, evidence-based approach that prioritizes each individual’s goals, strengths, and overall well-being. As a prescriber at LifeStance Health, she provides medication management and therapeutic support for patients across Missouri, offering personalized care that promotes lasting emotional health and resilience.
Elizabeth works with individuals experiencing a wide range of concerns, with particular expertise in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She also supports patients facing many other mental health conditions and life challenges, including mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, grief, and major life transitions. Through a collaborative treatment process, she strives to help patients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and feel empowered in their mental health journey.
She incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches into her work, helping patients build psychological flexibility, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful change. Whether someone is seeking support for ongoing symptoms or navigating a new challenge, Elizabeth tailors treatment plans to meet each person’s unique needs and circumstances.
Elizabeth provides individual therapy, group therapy, and medication management services. She values creating a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported. Her approach emphasizes partnership, helping patients actively participate in decisions about their care while working toward improved quality of life.
Outside of her clinical work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs. She loves cooking, baking, reading, and hiking, and believes in surrounding herself with positive influences that encourage personal growth and lifelong learning. These values shape the empathy, authenticity, and encouragement she brings to patient care.
