Specializes In:
Colleen Del Fava, APNP, PMHNP-BC, helps adults navigate life challenges with compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to their unique needs. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with LifeStance Health, she provides medication management for patients throughout Wisconsin, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder, as well as a range of other mental health conditions. Colleen believes that effective treatment begins with listening, collaboration, and creating a safe space where patients feel understood and empowered in their care. A passion for Colleen is supporting individuals facing women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum depression and anxiety, midlife transitions, and the emotional impact of domestic violence. Colleen takes a patient-centered approach that recognizes the connection between mental and physical well-being. She works closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and lifestyle. While her primary service is medication management, she integrates mindfulness practices into care and supports patients through a variety of concerns, including grief and trauma-related challenges. Her educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and Frontier Nursing University, where she developed a strong foundation in psychiatric and nursing care. Colleen remains committed to ongoing learning and delivering care informed by current psychiatric best practices. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys staying active and connected to nature through yoga, hiking, running, walking, and other outdoor activities. She also enjoys reading and listening to music.
