I learned (more in depth information about the medications I have been taking and a possible solution to my current issues) more in my first 1 hr-ish visit with Jillian than I have with my primary care teams over the past 10 years. She was able to explain the science behind the medications and how they are supposed to work in a way I could understand. Granted, that was probably only scratching the surface, but it feels amazing to know my medication issues aren’t falling upon deaf ears!

Jillian is truly amazing!I have severe anxiety and she's really worked with me on my problem, and I've been feeling amazing since she's worked with me!She doesn't just give u medication and send you on your way, she really tries to get to the root of the problem! But explains how the medication works and helps you in depth so you understand why you may need it, etc.If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!

Dr Jillian Rouleau is a very kind and caring professional. She is soft spoken, which makes the interaction very relaxing. This appointment we talked about my need to quit smoking so I can have my surgery done. We discussed the options, she prescribed a medication to help and also other ways to deal with my habits of when I smoke. At the end of our visit I felt very confident that I can do this

So far I feel comfortable with my NP. I feel she listens, I don't feel like I repeat myself. I've had two sessions and do not feel the need to run. I am hopeful with this experience. Dr Jillian Rouleau is professional and kind . She doesn't make you feel less of a person for seeking help. I recommend trying this.
