I provide a holistic, integrative approach in healing to help clients achieve their personal goals by building a relationship based on empathy, trust, and care. As an integrative therapist, I strive to promote healing that looks at the whole person, through the prism of body, mind, and spirit, and considers all aspects of life that factor into one’s well-being and pathway to happiness. I offer my services in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment, where I use a personalized approach tailored to each client’s individual needs in an effort to help them attain personal growth
