Sherri McKittrick is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2023. Dr. McKittrick provides comprehensive assessments that inform diagnosis, guide treatment planning, and facilitate a deeper understanding of individual cognitive and emotional functioning. Specifically, she offers diagnostic evaluations to identify and differentiate between various psychological conditions, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. Additionally, for individuals experiencing cognitive difficulties, Dr. McKittrick conducts testing to assess memory, attention, executive functioning, language, and visuospatial skills and identify and differentiate between various psychological conditions, such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and psychotic disorders. Dr. McKittrick has experience in assessing for developmental disorders that include ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, and gifted/talented individuals. Additionally, she has experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments and providing IEP/504 recommendations. Dr. McKittrick also provides some long-term psychodynamic individual therapy to clients who are interested in deep and lasting change through insight, self-awareness, and understanding of their emotions, motivations, and complex relationship patterns. Dr. McKittrick provided interpersonal process group therapy to clients interested in examining interpersonal patterns as they naturally unfold within the group context, to gain insight into their interpersonal dynamics, learn new ways of relating to others, and work through their emotional difficulties. Outside of work, Dr. McKittrick enjoys spending time with her pets and loves being around animals. Dr. McKittrick enjoys horseback riding, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.
