About Rosa Boniface (She/Her)

Rosa Boniface is a current post-doctoral fellow under supervision at LifeStance Health Massachusetts, serving children, adolescents, and adults. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Rosa helps individuals and families navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her expertise includes tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, empowering them to achieve emotional well-being and build stronger connections in their lives. Rosa is particularly passionate about working with children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges and school avoidance. She utilizes evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and family therapy to address these concerns. By fostering a collaborative environment, Rosa helps families strengthen communication, develop effective parenting strategies, and overcome barriers to academic and personal success. In addition to her focus on children and families, Rosa provides support to individuals navigating issues related to gender identity and PTSD. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ clients and those processing trauma. Her therapeutic style integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and exposure therapy to help clients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and move forward with confidence. Outside of her professional work, Rosa enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and exploring new places.

Rosa Boniface provides services with supervision.
