Meghna Babu, PsyD, Psychologist Associate, Therapy in Annapolis, Maryland

Meghna Babu, PsyD is a post-doctoral fellow who provides comprehensive psychological testing and individual therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. Meghna completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and completed her predoctoral internship in Health Service Psychology at a Level 1 trauma center and safety net hospital in Minneapolis, MN. She has experience working with diverse children and families with complex psychosocial needs and trauma. Meghna has extensive experience working with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and emotional and behavioral dysregulation by integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based interventions. She is especially passionate about providing psychological testing to assess autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. Meghna utilizes a collaborative, individualized approach with both assessment and intervention practices to determine a child’s strengths and weaknesses in order to guide diagnosis and treatment planning. Outside of her clinical work, Meghna enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
