About Charlotte Arehart (She/Her)

Copilot said:

Helping patients build practical tools for emotional wellness and resilience, Charlotte Arehart provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, teens, and adults throughout Massachusetts. She works collaboratively with clients to understand the challenges affecting their daily lives and develop personalized strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. Charlotte is committed to creating a supportive, affirming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered as they work toward their mental health goals.

Charlotte has experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, and ADHD, while also helping clients navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional distress. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help patients strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and build confidence. In addition to these areas, she offers support for a variety of mental health concerns.

Charlotte is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate the college experience and the unique challenges that can accompany this stage of life. Whether a student is adjusting to a new environment, managing academic stress, balancing relationships, exploring identity, or coping with increasing independence, she works to help clients develop practical skills and greater self-understanding. She understands that the transition into adulthood can be both exciting and overwhelming and strives to provide compassionate guidance during this important period.

Her clinical work also includes experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with autism spectrum disorders, and women. Charlotte incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), exposure-based interventions, and other therapeutic approaches when appropriate to meet each patient’s unique needs and preferences.

Charlotte earned her education from Bucknell University and William James College. As a Qualified Pre-Licensed clinician, she is dedicated to ongoing professional growth and providing thoughtful, client-centered care grounded in current therapeutic practices.

Outside of her clinical work, Charlotte enjoys playing tennis, playing the piano, going to the gym, and exploring new restaurants. She values balance, curiosity, and lifelong learning, qualities that also influence her approach to therapy.

Through LifeStance Health, Charlotte welcomes patients across Massachusetts who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. She is committed to helping individuals develop the skills and insight needed to thrive. Book online today to get started on your mental health journey.
