Barry Mills, MD, PhD is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience in clinical practice, teaching, and leadership. Dr. Mills is licensed to practice medicine in California, Texas, and New York. Outside of his professional work, Dr. Mills enjoys motorcycles, gardening, and writing. He and his wife—an experienced special education teacher—share a love for rescue animals and are proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to four wonderful grandchildren.
