About Sabitha Aligeti (She/Her)
Dr. Sabitha Aligeti is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology. After graduating from medical school in India, she completed her Master’s in Clinical Investigation, Psychiatry Internship, and Adult Psychiatry Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Aligeti is certified in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and has additional training in Integrative Medicine (AIHM), Functional Medicine (IFM), and Plant-Based Nutrition (T.Colin`s plant based nutrition).
Dr. Aligeti has worked across inpatient, outpatient, community, multidisciplinary, and veteran healthcare settings, helping adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. She combines cutting-edge treatments, including TMS, pharmacogenetic testing, telepsychiatry, and lifestyle medicine, to deliver personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Passionate about both treatment and prevention, Dr. Aligeti emphasizes the powerful role of nutrition, sleep, stress management, physical activity, and social connection in achieving lasting mental wellness.
