He has saved my life. The practice is extremely comfortable and his staff are not only empathetic, but EXTREMELY knowledgeable about addiction. Dr. Reading always goes above and beyond to explain his plans for you, answer ANY questions that you have, and is perfectly qualified to help anyone battling addiction, as well as other psychological disorders. His nurse practitioner is always available for questions about medication or just to talk if you’re having anxiety. I’ve learned so much from this practice and I firmly believe he has had a great deal to do with my recovery. His training and years of experience speak for themselves and I’ll always recommend him to anyone who needs any help with addiction. He knows what he’s doing and he CARES, sincerely.

Dr Reading is the best psychiatrist I’ve ever had. He is very easy to talk to and is an avid listener. He takes his time and is patient. He does not rush the appointment process like some doctors I have seen in the past. He understands that mental health is complex and will work with you to ensure that you get the best possible care and treatment. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to prescribing medication. Since seeing Dr Reading for the last few years, I have a profound improvement on my mental health. I have better coping skills for my anxiety and depression. I highly recommend Dr Reading and give him 5 stars for being the epitome of what an excellent psychiatrist should be!

After unsuccessful attempts with inpatient rehab and 12-step treatment, Dr Reading helped me overcome my painkiller addiction, with help of Suboxone. Now I'm successfully off of Suboxone as well. He also helped document my progress to help me with legal issues and getting back into college. Now I'm free of addiction, having treated the underlying mental health issues. A couple times he's invited my parents in w/ me, for group sessions. I still see him regularly because he's a priceless ally.

I used to love going to this office, but things have changed recently. The main young lady that worked there for many years is now gone and it is clearly noticeable in the front office. She made things happen with a big smile on her face and never made you feel like you were a bother. Dr. Reading himself is a great doctor as well. I will continue services here because he has kept me stable on my medication, but I am sad that things are not the same in the front.
