Bradley Wolf helps individuals and families across California navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. He provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, helping clients build emotional resilience, develop coping strategies, and foster healthier relationships. Whether supporting a teen struggling with anxiety or an adult managing depression or trauma, Bradley creates a safe, collaborative environment that empowers clients to achieve meaningful growth.

Bradley specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD, using practical, results-oriented methods that promote long-term improvement in mental and emotional health. His approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, manage emotional responses, and strengthen self-awareness. He also incorporates Family Therapy when appropriate, recognizing the vital role relationships play in the healing process.

He is particularly passionate about working with individuals navigating gender identity, trauma recovery, and men’s issues. Bradley understands the complex layers of identity and emotional well-being, offering a supportive and affirming space for clients to explore who they are and what they need to thrive. His compassionate and affirming care helps clients gain confidence, self-acceptance, and emotional stability as they move toward healing and personal growth.

Bradley’s practice also includes supporting clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and head injuries. He brings a patient and adaptive approach to therapy, ensuring that each session aligns with the client’s unique strengths and challenges.

Outside of his work at LifeStance Health, Bradley finds peace and inspiration in nature. He loves spending time in the water—whether surfing, paddle boarding, or river rafting—and enjoys learning about California’s local history. When on land, he values time with family and friends, bringing the same sense of connection and balance he encourages in his clients.

A note about our self-pay rates:

For psychotherapy services, all episodes of care begin with an Assessment to identify your needs, factors around your needs, and potential directions for treatment, with the first session costing $530 for a psychologist. Following this assessment, you and your clinician will discuss which subsequent services are most appropriate for your goals. While charges for follow-up appointments vary based on the specific services and the cadence your provider deems clinically appropriate, you can receive a comprehensive breakdown of all potential self-pay charges by requesting our “Good Faith Estimate” form. To obtain this form, please contact our front office at (714) 756-2215 or our Intake team at (562) 614-7259.
