About Paul Miller (He/Him)

Dr. Paul Miller practices psychotherapy with older adolescents and adults. Although Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and related approaches provide the core of his practice, he integrates other modalities that suit the needs of his patients. He works with people coping with anxiety, mood and adjustment disorders, shame, and ADHD, and with adults with trauma histories. Dr. Miller enjoys working with adults who are wary about psychotherapy but are willing to give it a try. He brings a warm, personable, and down-to-earth approach to his work.
