LaGriff Griffin, PhD (they/them) helps clients navigate life’s challenges with warmth, curiosity, and a trauma-informed, affirming approach. Practicing at LifeStance Health in Massachusetts, they provide inclusive, evidence-based mental health services tailored to the needs of teens and adults. LaGriff seeks to support their clients’ growth and healing as they navigate major transitions, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and systemic oppression. With a particular passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community and those navigating complex trauma and PTSD, LaGriff creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to cultivate their life worth living. Their work is grounded in respect for lived experience and centers the therapeutic relationship as a vessel for healing. LaGriff specializes in supporting folx coping with the social, emotional, and academic demands of college life; neurodivergent burnout; and non-traditional relationship structures such as non-monogamy and polyamory. In addition to trauma and identity work, LaGriff has clinical expertise in treating anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, OCD, and social anxiety. Their practice is kink-affirming, sex positive, and body neutral. They integrate modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Liberation Psychology, and Mindfulness-based and somatic/mind-body approaches to support whole healing. LaGriff also provides gender-affirming medical readiness evaluations, helping clients gain clarity, access care, and advocate for themselves. Beyond the therapy room, LaGriff can be found in nature—wandering through forests, mountains, or plopping themselves in bodies of water—cooking for their community, journaling, at their local coffee shop, or info-sharing with their neurodivergent found family.

LaGriff Griffin provides services with supervision.
