About Eileen McConnaughy (She/Her)
I love helping my clients experience freedom, wellbeing, hopefulness, and strength, as they gain in knowledge and emotional peace. My hope is to support people as they handle challenging relationships, emotions, and life circumstances. I approach people with warmth and compassion, and my work is guided by my training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, positive psychology, brain research, and spiritual approaches. I speak and lead workshops and retreats on relationships and healthy living. I am currently working on a book, “Finding Peace and Equanimity in Times of Uncertainty.” As a Clinical Psychologist, I work with adults and offer individual, couples, and group therapy.
