Dr. Merlis utilizes a variety of modalities depending on clients needs including cognitive- behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy ( ACT), stress-management /relaxation techniques, mindfulness based interventions, somatic therapy, biofeedback, Dialetical Behavior Therapy ( DBT), and motivational interviewing. Dr. Merlis also conducts ADHD and ADD evaluations for adults.
