Dr. Kelsch is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist providing individual therapy to adults aged 21 and older. She specializes in trauma-focused treatment, addressing concerns relevant to LGBTQ+ individuals, supporting adjustment to medical conditions, and improving health/wellness. She also treats clients with general mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief/loss, and stress. Dr. Kelsch practices with an integrative approach using cognitive behavioral therapy modalities (cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure) as well as using eclectic, client-centered treatment informed by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and existential/meaning making approaches. She completed a post-doctoral internship at the VA Boston Healthcare System in LGBT Health Care and served as an interventionist at The Fenway Institute for 2 years in a clinical trial involving risk-reduction in sexual minority men with childhood trauma histories.
