Colin Schafer is Licensed in Clinical Psychology. He specializes in providing outpatient individual therapy for adults with anxiety and depression. Dr. Schafer utilizes a variety of clinical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Biofeedback with a client-centered and collaborative focus.
