About Sarah Hanson (She/Her)
Sarah Hanson is a Licensed Psychologist in Washington state with a PsyD in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. She has worked in the field for over 14 years, providing individual therapy for female clients aged 18 and older. Sarah offers relationally focused therapy, seeking first to understand and build trust. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and draws from other approaches when helpful. As a trained EMDR therapist, Sarah provides trauma reprocessing therapy. Common themes in her work include the challenges of motherhood, relational stress, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and how the past impacts the present.
