About Reid Slavin (He/Him)
Reid Slavin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 2008. Reid Slavin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Substance-Use Counseling and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Springfield College. Reid has more than 15 years of experience working with children and adults who are experiencing substance-use disorders and mental-health conditions, including those with co-occurring disorders. Reid is trained in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, guided self-help, mentalization-based treatment, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. During his time off, Reid finds joy and relaxation in creating culinary delights for others, hiking, fishing, traveling, spiritual development, and reading.
